Chapter 2 is done

  • Mood:

So after freaking out because I thought I lost the 600 words I wrote the other day I was able to finish the chapter and it wasn't too bad.  I posted it up on FF. net and have gotten some positive feedback.  It may not be real helpful, but it gives me a reason to work at it.  I actually have a fan base which seems really funny.  All the posts that say "please hurry and write more, I love this story it is the best," just get me all giggly.

So I had chapter 2 be about Hyde and Donna.  Hyde finds out that all is not well in the Forman house and decides to take Donna out for a good time.  Nothing happens.  They just go out drinking at some little bar they find.  But it does set up for later interactions between the older characters.  I'm not sure everyone will like what I have planned and if they are reading this then they are probably goaning already or drooling--wanting more, lol.  On to chapter 3.

I haven't started it yet.  I'm trying to decide where to go next.  Do I want to keep alternating between Hyde and Steve or just go with what seems to fit?  I'm thinking chapter 3 should introduce the relationship between Steve and Betsy since they are dating (oooh, big spoiler) or have Steve find out how serious his parents are about their relationship.  I just don't know.  Time to turn off the TV and concentrate.

I just hope this story lives up to everyone expectations.  I know I should write for me and not try to please the fans or whatever but I want them to like it.  But in the end I will write it how I want it.  I still want them to like it though.  Oh well.
