tired...after finishing a chapter. I don't know why, but it does. I can then just put down everything I am thinking and sort through my ideas. It helps with the start/stop syndrome at the begining of each chapter. I started chapter 2 four times trying to figure out what it was going to be about.
Anyway, chapter 4 is done.
Two chapters in one day. I'm so proud. I could probably get another one out before I get too sleepy from the dang allergy pills I had to take earlier. Now I can't hear out of either ear and it is getting really annoying.
For chapter four I decided to go with a scene involving Hyde and his two daughters as I mentioned before. I want to establish the relationships between all of the characters before I get into the deeper stuff. Nothing much happened in the scene. Hyde tried to explain to Kelly and Karrie what happened. But it established that Kelly has changed in the last few months and has gone from being a nice girl to a total bitch. I think her bitchiness came off will with her interrupting her dad every few seconds with a sinde comment and putting down her sister. It also showed Karrie a sweet, sympathetic girl, but she finally stood up for herself after she got sick of Kelly being down on everything all the time. Woohoo for her.
I think I got my point across. I don't know why I decided to make Kelly such a bitch. I had never intended her to be that way but it just flowed out. I guess she chose it for herself. (Too bad she's named after my best friend). Karrie left after blowing up at Kelly so I think that may work because then Karrie can move in with Hyde because she is sick of living at home with a hostile sister. That works right?
