well I spent a good 10 minutes skimming part one and two and got the time line down.  The story has actually taken about 2 1/2 weeks time and it was Friday.  So all that figured out. 

Chapters 7 and 8 are done.  For seven I had Steve try to go pick Betsy up but ended up getting sidetracked with taking Kelly home.  I hope I got Kelly across as being very confused and hurt.  I don't know though.  She cried a lot and actually had a conversation with Steve without yelling or insulting him.  She then threw up on him, but thanked him in the end.

After that he goes to see Betsy who already got a ride from her brother.  He hears Betsy and Taylor talking about him.  Then as he's making out with Betsy all he can think about is Kate.  If that isn't forshadowing thier relationship I don't know what will.

Chapter 9 followed Jackie and Hyde back to Jackie's house.  Hyde doesn't want to move too fast but Jackie is all for it.  It ends in a makeout scene.

It was a pretty simple chapter just giving the zennies some J/H lovin'.

Now I have to figure out where I'm going from here.  I have a bunch of chapter ideas in my head but I'm not sure which one comes next.  I need one that shows Betsy's growing jealousy of Kate.  The one I have in mind has the kids all going to the movie and Steve insisting that Kate come along even though no one else really wants her to come.  Then the movie will be a horror flick and Kate will get scared and grab onto Steve, causing Betsy to get suspicious.  I think that will work okay, unless I come up with something else later.

I got almost 4000 words today--, but I doubt I get much more done tonight.  Dh is watching a movie and yelling at his Madden game he's playing so there is no way I will be able to think.  Maybe I'll take a long hot shower.
